Return of goods

 

 

Kidvak return conditions within 60 days:


Beyond the legal conditions for returning goods without stating a reason, which are stated in the terms and conditions. At Kidvaky, we offer you even more favorable return conditions. These 60-day return conditions apply to you only if the goods are returned after a period longer than 14 days.

On the day of delivery of the shipment, you will have a period of 60 days, during which you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the complete unwashed kidvak to us.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, use the return form, available on our website in the Returns section.
The returned goods must be complete, including accessories, gifts, etc., without signs of use, undamaged, in the original packaging with tags not torn off and within 60 days. Under no circumstances can the goods be returned by mail on delivery. The seller will not accept any goods returned in this way. The returned goods must be in their original condition (the Kidvak must not be washed or damaged in any way) and marked with the original identification label of the goods, if the product contains one.
Returns within 60 days are only possible if the buyer is a natural person (not a company ID number) and the return applies to Kidvaks from the Growing Collection and the Premium Linen Growing Collection. The Kidvak can only be returned if it was purchased via the e-shop kidvak.sk, kidvak.cz, kidvak.com. The Kidvak must be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery to you.
We will refund your funds spent on the purchase of the goods no later than 60 days from the delivery of the Kidvak. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. In the case of payment on delivery, we will refund the funds by transfer to your account.
The buyer acknowledges that if the returned goods are damaged, worn or partially worn, the seller has a claim against the buyer for compensation for the damage incurred or a claim for non-recognition of the return.
The seller is entitled to claim compensation for the damage incurred from you.

 

Conditions for returning within 14 days:

On the day of delivery of the shipment, a period of 14 days begins, during which you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and return the complete unused goods to us.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, simply fill out the form above in the Return of goods section or write to us at obchod@kidvak.sk and attach this form for declaring withdrawal from the contract. Alternatively, send it to us at:

We recommend that you return the goods in the same condition as if you had tried them on in a regular store. In the event of their use beyond the normal framework and if you damage them or do not return them complete, we would like to point out that we have the right to compensation for damages.
We will return your funds spent on the purchase of the goods to you no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract, but not before the goods are returned to us. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. Therefore, we recommend that you insure the shipment and send it registered. We will not accept shipments sent on delivery. Pack the goods securely before shipping to prevent damage.


Complaints
When making a complaint, write to us at shop@kidvak.sk and describe your problem. We will then agree on the best solution. We will try to handle your complaint as quickly as possible, but the longest it may take us is 30 days.
Do not send the goods on delivery, because in that case we will not accept it. We recommend that you insure the goods and send them registered. We also recommend that you attach a copy of the invoice to the goods.
Pack the goods properly before shipping to prevent further damage.
Immediately after receiving the goods, we will send you a complaint report and keep you informed about the progress of the complaint.
